Female Health Education In Canada

We recently published a female health and sex education booklet for young girls ages 8-18. A colorful, vibrant, and animated educational material designed specifically for young girls of color, with a strong focus on representation and boosting confidence. This booklet embraces diversity and ensures that girls of color are not only included but celebrated. The illustrations are filled with a rich spectrum of skin tones, showing girls of all backgrounds learning about their bodies, relationships, and consent in a fun and approachable way. It’s all about empowering young girls with knowledge, helping them feel comfortable in their own skin, and embracing their unique identities. 

By fostering an open dialogue and offering educational resources, we aspire to ensure that these young girls feel informed and empowered as they embark on their journey through adolescence. After all, every girl deserves to feel confident and informed about her own body, and this book aims to make that happen in the most awesome and inclusive way possible!
